Keyword Strategy

OffSec's priority was to increase organic traffic to their cybersecurity certification pages. We targeted non-branded, relevant keywords (e.g., threat hunting certification), balancing search volume, intent, and difficulty.

Content

Keyword-focused, valuable content was added to each certification page, along with structured FAQs written in subject–predicate–object format to improve visibility in AI-generated search results.
Overall, we’ve seen a 54% increase in organic keywords ranking in the top 10.

On-Page SEO

Collaborated with OffSec’s content and development teams to refine H1s, title tags, and meta descriptions. Revisited the visibility of CTAs, and integrated supporting content.

Technical SEO

Began with a comprehensive technical SEO audit, resolving heading structure issues, replacing broken links, and correcting redirect chains. We also assisted with the website’s site migration, which includes pre and post items.

Rankings

Priority courses now rank within the top 10 search results, with most appearing in the top 2 positions. Over the past year, keywords ranking in the top 1–3 spots have increased by 58%.

Traffic

Organic Search sessions increased 4% and conversions increased 112% (YTD). Total organic revenue increased by 3,478.12% (YTD).

Major Improvements of Core Keywords

Overall, we’ve seen a 54% increase in organic keywords ranking in the top 10 (884 to 1357).

AI Visibility

Sessions from ChatGPT increased by 2,403.65% with conversions (GA4 key events) increased by 4,929.92%.

Challenges

Rankings

While some keywords were low difficulty, others  required significant technical SEO, content, and backlink strategy to move upwards.

Content

Several key pages initially contained thin content. Partnering with OffSec’s content team, these pages were transformed into comprehensive, information-rich resources that better support users and search visibility.

Technical

Site migration with a focus on identifying and resolving technical issues introduced throughout the migration. This ensured  a smooth transition and ongoing site performance.
